Terms and conditions:
  1. Your 25% deposit along with your refundable security deposit of $200 is due within 7 days of this reservation. Please make checks payable to Kevin Cahill.

  2. The balance is due in full 45 days prior to your arrival.

  3. Upon receipt of your final check, we will mail you an information package containing keys to the condo.

  4. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    1. You will receive a full refund with at least 60 days notice from the date of your scheduled arrival LESS your security deposit of $200.

    2. Any cancellation made within 59 days of your scheduled arrival will result in the loss of your security deposit plus the initial 25% down payment.

    3. Any cancellation made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

    4. There are no partial refunds for late arrival or early departure.

    5. Any notice of cancellation MUST be submitted in writing and faxed to (760) 770-1293. 

    6. It is your responsibility to obtain “Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance”, if you so desire, to protect your traveling party against airline cancellations, illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather related problems, natural disasters or any other occurrence that may cause a delay or cancellation of travel.   6. This reservation is for the number of guests indicated on your confirmation. Any additional guests require prior approval of the Poipu Palms Management Company. 

  7. Limited Liability: We will make every effort to fulfill the specific reservation for Poipu Palms #103 for the dates indicated on the reservation confirmation. If for any reason beyond our control Poipu Palms #103 becomes unavailable, then our sole obligation is to provide alternative accommodations.

  8. No Smoking Policy: The Poipu Palms unit is a non-smoking condominium. This includes inside the condo only. You are allowed to smoke on the lanai and decks. Breaking this policy will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

  9. If you have any questions about the unit or about the Island of Kauai, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  10. Security Deposit Refund:
    Once you return the keys and we verify that the condo is in the condition that it was when you rented it, we will return your deposit.
